This condo conveniently located in northeast Brownsville is just minutes from the Brownsville Airport and has quick access to both South Padre Island and the SpaceX Launch Facility. This newly constructed unit features modern finishes in all areas and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all your basic cooking essentials. There are smart TVs in all (3) bedrooms with complimentary WiFi throughout the unit. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, Bedroom #2 a Queen size and Bedroom #3 has two Twin size beds. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The unit has a washer and dryer located upstairs as well as an additional half bathroom downstairs.
