Brand new condo conveniently located in east Brownsville is just minutes from the Brownsville Airport and has quick access to both South Padre Island and the SpaceX Launch Facility. This newly constructed unit features modern finishes in all areas and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all your basic cooking essentials. There are smart TVs in (2) bedrooms and the living room with complimentary WiFi throughout the unit. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, while Bedroom 2 has a queen, and the final bedroom boasts 2 single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with remote controlled ceiling fans! The unit has a washer and dryer located downstairs as well as an additional half bathroom downstairs.
