10/10 Excellent

"We loved our stay here in April. The hotel is very clean and lovely. Staff is so friendly and wonderfully helpful. Brought our chihuahua and the staff fawned all over him. The pool is lovely though we did not use it. Love the outdoor dining/entertainment area with the live band on the weekend. Breakfast is fantastic!"

"I arrived on the new site manager’s third day on the job. Her excitement was palpable throughout my stay. The property manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, from my pre-trip check-in forward. This property reminds me of Old Atlantic Beach, before the million-dollar rentals and greed-mongering became so prevalent. It ain’t fancy, but it’s good! The walk to the beach is manageable, and my room was CLEAN! Shout-out to the housekeeper, too. He does a great job. Keep this place busy, but save me a room for next season."

"For the price point and location - this hotel was great. Super easy access cross the street to the beach with a crosswalk and signal. The rooms were clean and the showers were warm. Super nice lounge area downstairs. We did not use the pool but it looked good. They were installing some water purifiers so food was not available on site but they did serve coffee and water."

"The good: This hotel is on the beach which is wonderful. The room was clean. Location is good, but you will need to drive everywhere. Nothing is within walking distance. Beach was very quiet and relaxing. The bad: Bathroom was tiny! Couldn’t shut the door and use the toilet. Air conditioning unit was loud like an airplane trying to take off so it was hard to sleep and it dripped onto the balcony leaving puddles of water to track back into the room. If I’m ever in the area again, I would stay again but know what to expect now."
