"The pictures are extremely misleading. The worst hotel I ever stayed in. One of the blankets had a whole in it. There was a face towel left on the shower curtain rod. It smelled like smoke. The floors were peeling. The walls were damaged. I wouldn’t even invite someone to come see me and sit in the parking lot. I kept checking my vehicle to make sure it was damaged because of the other guests. It looks like a place you go to have shady dealings. Not judging but looked like it was full of crackheads and prostitutes"

"I am a loyalty member at Drury because I enjoy all the nice little perks offered. Dinner and breakfast are always great, and the rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. And most importantly, as a woman traveling nationally alone for work on a daily basis, I always feel safe. But this particular Drury has something the rest of them don’t have: Teresa. Teresa was made for the hospitality industry!!! She spent the morning walking around the breakfast and lobby area making sure everyone was happy and comfortable. She exemplifies the Louisiana perfect hospitality. She had a little chat with each of us sprinkled with calling us “sunshine” and I can’t even tell you how nice that is. It’s lonely being on the road. Sometimes I go all week and never have a real conversation. Teresa made me feel seen and feel at home. What a bright spot!!! Whatever you are paying her, you need to double it. 100000/10 drive the hour past Baton Rouge and stay in the Drury in Lafayette!"

"We got there and there was a roach the tub was nasty it had hair in it like somebody shaved there was blood on the wall and all over our hand towel. The pool and hot tub was so nasty will not be going back here! "

"The hot water only stays on for about two minutes and then turns completely cold, making it difficult to shower. The beds are also very old and extremely squeaky, which makes it hard to rest. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. "

"We all loved the house, close to everything during Mardi Gras, and had ample room for the 10 people in our party, not more. It was very clean, large kitchen and patio. I would stay there again, if we only had 9 people. "
