Zweckmäßige Unterkunft in top Lage, alles was man braucht vorhanden.Der Park, in dem das Häuschen ist,ist super ausgestattet mit schönen Spielplätzen,einem netten Schwimmbad und Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Ein netter kleiner Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und es gibt in der Nähe viel zu unternehmen, vor allem mit Kindern.Das Häuschen selbst ist gut ausgestattet, wenn auch die Einrichtung etwas spartanisch und in die Jahre gekommen ist. Achtung: für kleine Kinder ist die Wendeltreppe ziemlich gefährlich. Dafür ist die komplett eingezäunte Terasse ein Pluspunkt.

Die Buchung klappte einigermassen. Eine Einweisung/Empfang am Sonntag gab es nicht.Die Wohnung war nicht so sauber, wie wir es erwartet haben. Kleine Verschmutzungen in den Ecken, Spinnweben.

Ruhiges, gut gelegenes Haus im Parc Port Greve

Gemütliches Haus, in der Küche alles da, was man braucht, schön ruhig, geräumiges Erdgeschoss. Vermieterin antwortet schnell, Schlüsselabholung im Nachbarort hat gut geklappt, Verwalter hat schnell reagiert bei Problemen. Leider war das Haus sehr staubig (länger nicht vermietet?), da haben wir noch etwas sauber gemacht. Sehr schön ist, dass es ein Nichtraucher-Bungalow ist. Sehr große Terasse. Vielen Dank..

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist gut und es ist alles Wichtige zu Fuß erreichbar. (Supermarkt, Restaurant, Spielplätze, Strand…). Die Kommunikation mit Frau Krentz war sehr angenehm und wir wurden gut informiert. Auch mit der Objektbetreuung vor Ort lief alles reibungslos und unkompliziert ab. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Park ist toll für Familien mit Kindern und trotzdem ruhig. Einziger Kritikpunkt war nur die Sauberkeit, es hätte hier und da etwas besser gereinigt werden können.(Staub etc.) Die wichtigen Sachen wie Toilette und Dusche waren aber sauber. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub und eine schöne Wohnung.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub gewesen für die ganze Familie. Der Park war sehr Familien freundlich.Schöne gegend nicht weit entfernt von einem kleinen Sandstrand. Im Haus die Treppe ist nicht klein Kind geeignet und nicht für große Hunde geeignet kommen nicht Hoch und runter. Die Betten haben quietschen und die Ausstattung im Haus ist alles vorhanden.

Unterkunft gut mit Abstrichen

Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr gepflegter und schöner Ferienpark. Haus gut, alles Nötige vorhanden. Allerdings indiskutabel steile und enge Wendeltreppe zum ersten Stock, wo die Betten sind, WC aber im EG, dies vermiest den Aufenthalt ziemlich. Der Hund kann nicht hinauf, jault wenn er alleine unten ist, deshalb musste meine Frau im EG eine Woche lang auf der Couch übernachten!!! Nicht lustig. Auch wenn man in der Nacht aufs WC muss nicht lustig, Wendeltreppe Marke halsbrecherisch. Nichts für kleine Kinder, ältere Menschen und Hunde.

Kurzurlaub in Brouwershaven

Grundsätzlich waren wir mit der Unterkunft und der ganzen Anlage zufrieden. Direkt am Anfang gab es eine Unstimmigkeit mit der Schlüsselübergabe an der Parkplatzschranke. Nach telef. Rücksprache mit dem Verwalterehepaar habe ich den Schlüssel vor Ort in deren Haus abgeholt, weil wohl sonntags keine Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt. Dies stand aber so in den beigefügten Unterlagen. Die Rückgabe des Schlüssels erfolgte dann auch wieder persönlich vor Ort beim Verwalterehepaar. Aber so weit kein Problem und machbar, weil der Wohnort des Verwalterehepaares nur ca. 3 km von der Anlage entfernt liegt. Grundsätzlich gibt es von mir keine Beschwerden, sondern nur Anregungen. Wenn die Bemerkung erlaubt ist, ist die Immobilie etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere die Betten machten mehr als unangenehme Geräusche, wenn sich jemand während der Nacht bewegte. Hier müsste wohl mal ein Handwerker Hand anlegen. Der Reinigungszustand der Verglasung inkl. Rahmen ließ die Vermutung aufkommen, dass hier bereits seit längerer Zeit niemand mehr Zeit und Arbeitskraft investiert hatte. Gleiches gilt für den Reinigungszustand der Terrasse. Hier war auch klar erkennbar, dass weder Unkraut noch anderweitiger Schmutz, der unwillkürlich anfällt, regelmäßig entfernt worden ist. Eigentlich schade drum, weil wir aufgrund der schönen Wetterlage die Terrasse gerne genutzt haben. Die vorhandenen Terrassenmöbel aus Kunststoff machten den Eindruck, dass doch ein Austausch ratsam wäre. Insbesondere, weil ein Sessel komplett defekt war und auf der Terrasse gelagert wurde. Entsprechende Fotos haben wir (nur aus Beweisgründen) gemacht. Auch das vorhandene Equipment bezüglich Reinigung sollte ausgetauscht werden. Vor dem Verlassen des Hauses wollten wir alles grundsätzlich staubsaugen; dies war aber leider nicht möglich, da der Staubsaugerbeutel proppenvoll war und kein Ersatz vorhanden war. Wir haben uns dann anderweitig beholfen, den vorhandenen Schmutz zu beseitigen. Auch hier würde eine regelmäßige Kontrolle und Austausch diese Probleme verhindern. Da ich den Aufgabenkatalog des Verwalterehepaares grundsätzlich nicht erkenne, möchte ich mir keine Aussage darüber erlauben, ob hier Pflichten nicht erfüllt oder nach eigenem Ermessen gearbeitet wurde.
