"Ci joint un extrait de la réponse adressée au prestataire.Particulièrement déçus des prestations nous avons devancé notre départ. Un lave vaisselle H S déposé dans un coin de la cuisine, moquette du séjour tachée, déchirée, poussiéreuse, couverts en nombre insuffisant, disparates,( la maison est prévue pour 8 personnes ? ) ménage indigne par rapport au coût demandé 90 euros ? éclairage extérieur ne fonctionnant pas, aucun présent d'accueil,( une boîte de pastilles Vichy n'est pas onéreuse)...

"Gîte conforme à l annonce … le lit fait à l arrivée est très appréciable surtout lorsque l on remarque la qualité des draps couvertures oreillers et serviettes de bain … je tenais à le signaler car j ai trouvé cela remarquable … la propreté du gîte est irréprochable et l accueil et la présence des propriétaires juste parfaites … au calme dans un environnement très bien entretenu. "We had a lovely stay in the countryside. The chalet is charming from the outside and modern form the inside. Fully furnished, we didn't miss a single thing. It's in a quiet area, but Gannat, Vichy is nearby. Also Clermont-Ferrand, the chaine de puys and Le Pal are easy to reach. We enjoyed the garden and old stable with games. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice, in a very rural location but not too far from a town with supermarket. The property owners/hosts were a very nice couple who visited us each day to see that everything was okay, provide treats/reading material and a chance to practice our poor French. Unfortunately the weather was cold and wet but they made sure the heating was working well.The only quibble with the listing description on VRBO is that it says that there is internet whereas there...

"Booked a premium room, good size with nice view and balcony out over a small park area (and car parking, but this didn't detract). Some noise from neighbouring rooms and pipework but not enough to be a real disturbance. All the staff were super pleasant and helpful. An enjoyable buffet breakfast that did feel worth the €16. Vichy itself had a really nice feel to it, lovely to walk around and enjoyed a great meal in Bouillon des Artistes restaurant, the only place we found with a veggie option, lovely atmosphere and felt fat more relaxed than the "smart" establishments around Parc des Sources"
