I enjoyed the hotels area which was very walkable to the tube and dining options. However, we got assigned to the room that was so hot and a bit suffocating tbh. I understand the Air con condition here in the uk but at least we should have some opened air windows which didnt work.

Had a lovely stay! The staff is very kind and attentive, the rooms are well appointed and decently sized, and you can’t beat the location just steps away from Pavillion Road. But the real reason you should book this hotel is the access to the private park just off the dining room. A truly special place to sit and relax. A real hidden gem in London.

"All was pretty good as it was only an overnight stay. Room was lovely, clean and looked more special than the budget hotels that we are more used to when travelling.
