- Charming, fully equipped farmhouse located 4 minutes from Brookville lake, 15 minutes to the local marina, and only 10 minutes from town. The sprawling, beautiful backyard with mature trees can be enjoyed while relaxing on the large back deck. The owner’s horses are kept on the property and enhance the breathtaking view. Inside, you’ll find the theatre-like family room with a 70” TV, electrical fireplace, and large sectional with dual recliners.
If you’re traveling with kids, there’s a wooden playset (suitable for children over 6 yrs of age), children’s books, toys, and family friendly games available.
