"Clean, quiet and comfortable room in a newish HIE Staff was extremely pleasant Breakfast was pretty standard with eggs and sausage along with the typical fare Pancake machine instead of waffles Nice exercise room and pool No complaints about this hotel "

"At first the customer service seemed very good. We got to the room and it had a dirty bathroom floor, garbage on the floor behind the bathroom door, needed a extra blanket for my granddaughter's crib to help her be more comfortable and was told that they did not know where they were but would try to provide a stained blanket when other staff came in. Because it was for a baby they were concerned that it would get stained so they would only provide one already stained. I ended up canceling my stay after a couple hours. "

"Unless you don’t mind having no amenities whatsoever, then you will like this resort but it is under major reconstruction from Helene & Milton."

"Living our best river life!  Between the kayaking, fishing, and tree-jumping, we didn't want the days to end. We even got lucky with the local wildlife—dolphins, otters, manatees, and turtles all made an appearance! Wish we had a few more days, but we’ll be back soon!"
