New detached studio apartment
- Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, private studio. This is a free standing dwelling. The building is located behind my house. Very safe! Perfect for a traveling nurse/short term contract. Parking directly in front of the entry door. Microwave, 2 burner induction cooktop, sm pod/grind coffee maker and a water kettle (no oven).
No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed inside or out of the property. A $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
