  • Located in the Marina Harbor of Brookings, Oregon, this coastline home has simple luxury and wonderful views of the Marina and Pacific Ocean and easy access to ALL.

    The home offers 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms on a Tri-Level layout. There are no adjoining walls on the bedrooms, so makes for quiet surroundings. On the Main Level is a Library with Twin Beds, a full Bathroom, a Bedroom with Queen Bed and the entry into the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. Up Stairs Level has the Master Bedroom with a full Bathroom and Bedroom with Queen Bed. The Downstairs Level has the Game Room with an additional Sleeper, a full Bathroom and a Bedroom with a Queen Bed. All the Bedding is new, with special attention payed to simple luxury and comfort.

    The Front Entry and the room with front facing window look into a beautiful tranquil yard and all the back facing windows (upper and lower) boasts the views of the Marina Harbor and the Pacific Ocean. The Living Room has 17 foot high ceilings, ample seating for 10, a wood burning fireplace, luxury floor coverings, a 65" HD Television, Blueray DVD player, Cable and Wifi, and premium cable package. The Dining Room Table has ample seating for 8+ or more. The Kitchen has full equipment, has table settings for 12+ people, high-end cookware and utensils, and countertop appliances, like espresso machines and kitchenaid. The Game Room has a lot of classic gaming items, a stereo, television, cable and full house wifi.

    The Marina and Beach access are located less than 1/4 mile away and just a a short drive by car, scooter or bicycle (5 minutes). The home is also located at the mouth of the Chetco River and has a great micro-climate. This area is the Wild Rivers Coast line with the Klamath, Smith, Winchuck, Chetco, and Pistol Rivers, all converging into the Pacific within a 40 mile stretch. Outdoor activities are plentiful, from Hiking, Fishing, Crabbing, Kayaking, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Biking, Camping and also Hunting.

    Some of the most beautiful and majestic beaches are along this part of the Brookings coastline.

A perfect place

Four couples stayed here for a hiking trip. The facilities and amenities were outstanding. The deck in the afternoon when the sun came out was perfect. The hosts were very helpful and easily accessible. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Relaxing and comfortable.

This house has the best equipped kitchen of any house my women’s group has ever stayed. The views of the harbor and ocean beyond are spectacular. Our host Sian was so very accommodating making sure we all had everything we needed. We loved this home it was our second retreat there in two years.

The best view of the harbor

We were lucky enough to book this wonderful location for the Memorial Day Weekend which included the Azalea Festival in Brookings. The house was perfect! Large and spacious, clean with classy decor, light and bright. The deck was a perfect place to enjoy a beverage while watching the boats come in and out of the river and into the harbor. Beds were awesome and the kitchen was well organized, especially for a family that cooks! We enjoyed every aspect of this location. Thank you to our wonderful hosts, David and Sain!

Great views

The house and yard were beautiful. Lots of space. The views from the patios and bedrooms were great. The pics don’t do it justice. The kitchen was well stocked and had all that we needed to cook meals. Hosts were easy to communicate with. We would stay here again for sure.

This property was of the nicest we've ever stayed, and so reasonable! We had three couples, and all were very comfortable, including a lower floor that's like its own apartment and an upper floor with lovely bed and bath and awesome view of the harbor. The kitchen was well-appointed and an easy one for a group to hang-out. The deck is wonderful for cocktails in the sun. And, we could bring the dog - Thanks so much!!

Amazing Location & Property

I could go on forever with how amazing this location was to stay at for a week! The house was very spacious for our large party, Sian was awesome to work with and very responsive, we loved the views, beautiful gardens, the house was very well kept and had everything we needed! Before we left, our families were already talking about going back and staying again! Thank you Sian for having such a beautiful home for others to enjoy!

Beautiful View

From beginning to end, it was beautiful. The pictures didn’t do the view and house justice. It was incredibly restful and perfect to have family come for dinner! Gourmet kitchen with everything you needed to cook with. Beds were so comfortable! Incredibly clean. Never wanted to leave. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and the attentive host and hostess. Highly recommend!

You don’t have to look any further

This house was absolutely perfect. Clean, well furnished, well organized, had everything you need to have an amazing stay in Brookings. The view was beautiful from the main level and the lower and upper bedrooms. Even the one bedroom that did not have an ocean view had a nice view of the front yard which was also lovely. Tastefully decorated comfortable beds and cozy couches. It was rainy during our stay and the real fireplace with wood provided was absolutely one of my very very favorite things. The easy peasy directions for leaving the house after our stay was another bonus. Take the trash out and dishes in the dishwasher. And leave! I would give this place six stars if I could. Family of eight adults perfect visit!

The Perfect Place

Beautiful Home Beautiful Area We usually make it to the Oregon Coast every year for vacation. This has been by far our favorite VRBO rental to date. We found this house to be exceptional. The layout of the house was great with everyone having their own space and bathroom. The cooks in the family were very impressed with how well equipped and nice the kitchen was. The house was immaculate with higher end furnishings which you don't always find in rentals. The view of the harbor and ocean from the deck was wonderful. What a perfect place to begin and end your day. The pictures and reviews are spot on. Cannot say enough good things about the hosts. We arrived to a bottle of wine, chocolates and coffee on the counter and to top it off was given a free night. They were very helpful in letting us know good places to eat in the Brookings area. WOW these people are amazing, very very kind folks!!! We will definitely be back.

Perfect location for our family group; 2 seniors (that's us), 2 adult couples, and one 5yo grandchild. Space was safe (with supervision) for 5yo. Nice little front yard to explore, lovely deck, safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the little wagon at the house. Everyone had plenty of space and a bathroom. Beds super comfy. Kitchen was well equipped, we ate out a very few times. Mostly got groceries from McKays and bought fresh seafood at a local fish market. Tide pooling was great at both Harris Beach and Lone Ranch Beach. Really enjoyed the couple of days trips down to Jedidiah Smith Redwood Park, about 1/2 hour away. We also did the Ocean World Aquarium...very tourist trap but 5yo loved it and good for our rainy day - very crowded and hour wait with only gift shop to walk through. The very few issues we had were minor and quickly addressed by owners (very nice people). Only a broken wine opener and we blew a fuse once when we had the tea jettle on same circuit with toaster abd coffee maker. Rhey were there within minutes. Our upstairs bedroom got a bit warm on the few hot days we had. Cooled off nicely in evening when we could turn off AC and open the windows. It was wonderful to see the little harbor happenings and see the ocean at any time. Still quiet and private but convenient. We would happily return.

This was truly the most wonderful home to stay in on our vacation. Hosts were very sweet, responsive and made everything so easy. House was immaculate. Beds were like sleeping in cozy clouds. This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. It is close to everything and there was plenty of space for 3 adult couples, which is hard to find. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the yard and the view were beautiful, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The place is just beautiful, relaxing, and quiet. I can’t say enough about how great the hosts were and their quick response time to my questions was very appreciated. Check in and out was easy and you just can’t beat the price for the amount of comfort, space, and beauty you get at this VRBO!
