Nestled in the pines and mere minutes from the renowned Lake Sam Rayburn, our Mediterranean style homes are beautifully maintained. Each one is fully furnished and waiting for you to make it your home away from home. This home is spacious 1800 Sq. Ft. and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Hosting a bigger group? More than one home can be reserved to accommodate your needs. Whether you’re seeking a location near to a public ramp for your next fishing tournament, a weekend getaway in the country, play golf near by or a place to hold your long overdue family reunion – we can offer you the option to make your stay a carefree and memorable one.

Adventure awaits you in this popular recreational area. Lake Sam Rayburn and the surrounding area abound with bird-watching, fishing, and hunting opportunities. The beautiful lake is ideal for a variety of water activities. We are only 3 miles from the public boat launch and the Umphrey Family Pavilion on Hwy 255. Villa 2 has two driveways plus another driveway with a carport.
If golf is your game, Rayburn Country golf course is 1 mile away and is open to the public.

In need of food and supplies? Piney Point Plaza on 3881 Rr 255 W is only minutes away, and you will find the "The Stump” restaurant, Chapala, and Hamburger Depot. The Dam Liquor Store, a Beauty Salon, and a gas station. Down the street, you will find a Dollar General Store and a couple of tackle stores. Only 20 minutes from Jasper you can find Walmart, Lowes plus a variety of restaurants and varied stores. There are a few churches on FM1007. If you are looking for a more adventurous day trip, Lufkin and Toledo Bend are each 50 miles away and you can be in Beaumont in an hour and a half.

Have a dog you would like to bring along? We love our furry friends (dogs only, no cats). We have plastic bags available for you to help us maintain the yard. There is plenty of room for a kennel and bed if you have one, we simply ask that you do not let the dog on the bed or the furniture. The pet fee is $20.00

The host is unbelievably welcoming, she went out of her way to change our rental, in fact upgrade it all because of one toilet that wasn’t working. We are a bunch of guys that truly cared but she went above and beyond to make sure we got this best stay possible! If yall are anglers in the area looking for a great stay this is the place!!

Top pick for Sam Rayburn stay

This place was just what was needed for rest/ relaxation after a long day on the water. Having 3 rooms and bathrooms gave everyone the privacy/ comfort they needed to unwind. Utilized the grill for a top chef steak dinner to fill the bellies of these teen anglers. Close proximity to the boat launch at Umphrey on 255. This will be our go to for next season!

Fun get away!

I rented to villa to stay for a guided fishing trip in the area. The process from start to finish was easy. Mariela is the best hostess. She stayed in communication with me from the very beginning and also gave us an upgrade to another villa, as well as an extended check out. This was so appreciated as we had one person that was unable to go out on the lake. The location was very convenient to our meeting point for our fishing trip. Thank you Mariela! We hope to make it back again!

We booked this for my son’s SETX bass fishing tournament. My husband, son, and our boat captain each had their own room and bathroom which was great coming off the water. The host checked in on us throughout our stay and made everything so smooth and easy. She really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even shared pictures of her dad’s fishing championships back in the day which my son thought was really cool. We will be back for the next tournament for sure.

Great property and location!

We had a great time here. The place was nice, clean, and spacious. The AC got the house frigid which we all enjoyed after a day on the lake. It’s centrally located to stores and public boat ramps. We would stay here again anytime.

Enjoyed our family time!

Love the fact that Mariela has four properties close together. My family and I rented two of her villas and enjoyed hanging out at night in the yard and barbecuing. Her properties are nice and clean and Mariela is a great host!

Everything was GREAT! The place was clean and Mariella and the group were so pleasant, welcoming and attentive. It was so nice having so many of the amenities there so I didn't have to bring them. (Linens, pots, dishes, etc). We will stay in the Villa's again!

Great place for a weekend or weeks!

The house was large and accommodating. Living/Kitchen area is homey and spacious. Bedrooms are huge, and the Beds were comfortable, Bathrooms were large and comfy, AC works GREAT. The location is not directly water accessible but the house is on a small circle with easy access and very little traffic. Big porches on the front and back were nice to sit outside. It was a really nice place to be for a week at the lake.

Perfect location for a fishing trip to Sam Rayburn Lake!

These villas are beautifully crafted and a very cozy and comfortable place to stay while visiting Sam Rayburn Lake! We were participating in a Major League Fishing Tournament and the convenient location to the Humphrey Family Pavilion was fabulous. Our villa was well furnished and all appliances, including a washer and dryer, were in good repair. Every room was cleaned and ready to begin our two day stay. Fully stocked kitchen which also included paper products and condiments. Lots of parking for vehicles and boats! So nice to have a home away from home instead of staying in a hotel. Our host, Mariela, is such a genuine and caring owner! She was the absolute most responsive host I have met during any travel stay. She gave great upfront information about the property and the local businesses and also checked in occasionally before, during and after our visit to see if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this host and any of her three villas in Brookeland, TX to a family or group of anglers visiting Sam Rayburn Lake area.
