Cozy Cottage sleeps 8 People, but can accommodate 10 with an extra charge 25 per night per extra guest. Pet friendly 50 dollar pet fee up two pets! 1 King Suite with bathroom, 1 Queen, 2 twins, 2 full beds. 2 bathrooms, master has shower and spare bathroom has a tub and shower. Peaceful and 2 miles from the lake. Pool Table and beautiful views from the back porch!

Probably the most accommodating VRBO I've ever visited, had all the essentials and we didn't even have to go for coffee. Very clean, very comfortable, LOVED the back porch!

Loved the Cozy Cottage

Had such a great visit with family and really enjoyed my stay at the Cozy Cottage. The area in the woods is beautiful and quiet. The spacious back deck was the perfect spot for chatting and relaxing.

We enjoyed relaxing and chatting on the spacious deck. We also enjoyed playing pool and other board games. The house was clean and well appointed.

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! Friends and family both had fun playing pool and other games, doggies were happy and plenty of room for all! Location was close enough to a marina where I kept our boat, fishing Big Sam is always awesome! If I was going to make any suggestions it would be to replace the gas grill. I was able to use it but it’s getting a little wore out.

Quaint Home Near the Lake

We stayed in the area for a HS fishing tournament. The house is located in Rayburn Resort and is a short drive to Umprhey Pavillion. The house sits back in a nice quiet spot. There was plenty of room for our family and our dogs. We also had plenty of room to walk our dogs around outside. The check-in process was simple, and the host communicated regularly. We will stay here again in the future for tournaments and vacations.

Good spot for bass boats

Plenty of room for boats and trucks. No need to unhook. Seemed to be a very safe neighborhood, left the boats out front and unlocked without any worries!

The house was immaculate. The set up with the extra beds and pool table in the converted garage as well as the availability of other games was great for some extra fun. The deck was a great place to chill. I would definitely stay here again!
