"Describes having full house with pool, but that is not really true. Pool was not your own and was shared with other apartments even though the other listings do not include the pool. Beds were rock hard. Kitchen had no utensils or way to properly cook."

"Nice acommodation. Simple rooms but rather clean."

"On our arrival the manager told us that the money we paid to hotels.com he has no accsess to it and we have to get the money back from hoteld.com. And that we have to pay him cash or Mobile Money. He would not open the gate befor we paid in addition to hotels.com with credit card. Customer service of hotels.com is poor "
