Time Well Spent - 3BR w/ loft near lake entrance

Time Well Spent is a spacious luxury cabin with amazing outside decks and a beautiful outdoor setting. The cabin sleeps 12 in beds. Time Well Spent is located in the Lakewood Estates development directly across from the Carson Creek entrance to Broken Bow Lake. Guests will benefit from enjoying time in the towering pines while also being close to all the activities and amenities of the Hochatown area. The cabin features 3 King Bedrooms, 2 Twin Bunks and 2 Twin Sofa Chairs to sleep 6 in the Loft.
The chef's kitchen features a large gas range, a convection oven and everything needed prepare a wonderful meal for your friends and family. Guests may also choose to dine inside or outside with dining tables for 12.
You may lounge in the family room and enjoy the gas-log, 2-story rock fireplace while watching your favorite movie or sports event on the large 55" flat screen television.
Challenge your friends and family to a game of foosball upstairs in the loft which also features a wet bar with wine cooler and a 50" television plus seating and lounging space. Guests will also enjoy a new vintage game console in the loft with all early popular video games.
Relax outside in the covered dining area with an outdoor television, soak up the sun on the open deck, and relax in the large hot tub cabana while the cook in your family grills up a great meal on the Weber gas grill. Kids will surely enjoy the Lifetime play set outside and will have fun on the deck slide. Team up for a game of horseshoes, cornhole, or ladder ball with your friends and make memories roasting marshmallows in the large fire pit.
Time Well Spent also features plenty of vehicle and boat parking. We look forward to your stay!

Amazing Cabin

We try to do family get together once a year and this one will stand out for a while. The cabin was perfect with great outdoor and indoor living spaces. If you want to cook, this had to be one of the better stocked kitchens in a rental I have stayed at. If you want to dine out or pick up food there are plenty of choices near by. This was a great choice for our Family vacation and I would highly recommend it.

Great Cabin

We always enjoy our time at Time Well Spent. It is a great cabin with so much to do and great amenities. This cabin has everything you need for a relaxing get away. From the fire pit and hot tub to the shuffleboard table, this cabin has everything you could want for both children and adults. We will definitely be back.

The most memorable family trip

This property is absolutely amazing inside and out. It has so many amenities. Brought all 7 of our kids all different ages and they all had so much fun! The property is beautiful big patio to relax while the kids play. We all needed this getaway more than we realized. Time well spent couldn’t be more fitting and it most certainly was.

Great Weekend Stay

We had a great weekend visit to Broken Bow. The highlight for the kids was the slide that went from the deck to the backyard. There were tons of indoor and outdoor games and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we could need. During the day we could hear the highway noise a bit in the background, but it was quiet at night and very central to everything that Hochatown has to offer. We will be back!

We travel to Broken Bow at least once a year to celebrate a girls trip and have stayed in different cabins every year. This cabin was hands down our favorite. We thoroughly enjoyed the covered deck and large table to eat our meals, sit and drink coffee in the mornings and lounge in the afternoon. The lounge area on the lower deck was perfect and well shaded. The back yard was peaceful with the stream running through it. The house itself was well-appointed and had everything we needed.

Time not so well spent

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived with the refrigerator out. A substitute was provided in the foyer but ice became an issue as the temp frig was not hooked to a water line. We do lots of cooking and was disappointed to find the dishwasher was not working. Water would not drain and smelled rank. Also the master bedroom was too warm at night with the ceiling fan making a loud clanky noise.

The inside was equipped with everything we needed and the outside was a kid's haven with the slide, creek and playground. Our grandkids cried when we had to leave. The only problem we had was the oven kept tripping off when we would start it. it would finally stay on but it would usually take 3-4 tries But other than that, we loved everything!

Great location

Best thing for us was it is close to Marina. We were mostly on the lake but house is nice and has a great outdoor area with huge porch. We dont have little kids anymore but would be great for little ones. Had air conditioner issues upstairs but they were very responsive and got fixed. We always use vrbos and this was first one that didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner. Not big deal just know you will need to bring some. Overall great.

Better than I thought!

This was my first time doing a cabin trip and I just want to say it did not disappoint. There was a total of 13 of us (5 adults 8 kids) and it didn’t feel crowded at all. I can say the internet stopped working for us so we didn’t have Wi-Fi for our last day/night that we were there but it didn’t really matter because there was a lot of games available that kept everybody busy and entertained. Overall this was a very great place and hopefully I will get to revisit in the future.

Comfortable stay

Overall very clean and great, spacious space. The outdoor amenities around the cabin were amazing, including the fire pit, hot tub, outdoor deck, and games. Great location, super close to the town center of hochatown. Main complaint is that the electricity kept on breaking/short - circuiting. Dishwasher would stop in the middle and the grill never worked for more than 5 minutes. Needed to check breakers a lot to get things restarted. Also no shampoo and conditioner in the showers, and lack of some basic cooking supplies like oil, tin foil/parchment paper. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, but lack of other things

Dishwasher didn't dry, even on heated dry cycle. Grill outside has very uneven heat. Video game upstairs did not work.Otherwise, fantastic as before. Love the indoor and outdoor spaces. Excellent control of poison ivy and insects. From ages 3-83, something for everyone to enjoy!

Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing time at “Time Well Spent”. Located close to the Broken Bow Lake. If we weren’t out on the lake we were being entertained at the house. The owners really thought of everything. Our kids (ages 1-8) had a blast. And so did the adults. Would highly recommend this house.

Family vacay

The property was great definitely exceeded expectations, had everything we needed. The cabin was pirvate only one neighbor on the side which was great . It had plenty of entertainment for the whole family. Before the trip ended Everyone was talking about when we would come back to Time Well Spent !

Beautiful getaway

Everything was amazing. The pictures did not give the back deck and scenery justice! The kids had a blast playing in the creek in the back. Location is perfect. Short drive to every activity we had planned. Would love to book this cabin again!

Family weekend getaway

First time in this area. Very impressed with the location and cabin. Amenities were exactly as described and it was an amazing weekend for our family of 5.
