Pet Policy:
No pets allowed. Bringing pets will result in eviction without a refund.

Fireplace Use:
Fireplaces are unavailable June 1 – October 1

Maintenance Policy:
While we do our best to ensure all amenities are fully operational, unexpected maintenance issues can occur. In the event of any mechanical failure (e.g., hot tub, appliances), we will respond quickly. However, no refunds will be issued for temporary outages. We’ll notify you in advance of any known issues before your arrival.

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter set of essential items:

Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
Paper towels (2 rolls)
Trash bags (5)
Dish soap, hand soap
Full-size bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion
Dish sponge, dishwasher pods (3 days’ worth)
Laundry pods (3 days’ worth)
Kitchen Essentials:
Pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, glasses
Salt & pepper, olive oil
Coffee grounds or K-Cups (3 days’ worth depending on coffee maker)
Coffee filters (if needed for drip machine)

Once starter supplies run out, guests are responsible for replenishment. If you have specific needs, we recommend bringing additional items.

Booking & Check-In Information:
The Blackstone is proudly managed by The Hills Cabins, a luxury collection of custom retreats in Woodland Hills.
After booking, guests are required to:
Complete a pre-arrival form
Submit a valid photo ID
Sign a rental agreement
This property offers contactless self check-in. Your personalized access code will be sent 3 days before arrival.

Pool Use & Heating: A non-refundable pool fee covers weekly service and chemicals.

Optional pool heating is available Oct 1–Apr 30 for $200 (first 3 days) + $40/day after, if requested. The pool is managed by the property manager and typically stays 75–85°F, though an exact temperature cannot be guaranteed. The heater is turned on the day of your arrival. Heating is unavailable May 1–Sept 30.
