Great cozy place. Felt very comfortable just visiting with pur grown kids and grandkids. They all loved the hot tub and pingpong table. Will be going back.
We had a fantastic time here! Everything was super easy and self explanatory. Great location. Spacious with lots of privacy. Highly recommend staying here!
This was a 30th birthday weekend and was perfect. We will definitely be back and next time we will take the kids!! Close to so much! Perfect get away! Owner answer every time we had a problem and went above and beyond to fix any issue!!
Property was clean and exactly what was described. There was a strong sewage smell that the owners quickly addressed and actually was not a problem with the property at all. I was very pleased with the prompt and helpful communication. We would recommend.

Loved that the property had the bedrooms I needed and that they thoughtfully left us a couple of cheese trays for us to enjoy. What I didn't like was being by the property manager the day before our arrival that the hot tub was able to be used only to be told AFTER our arrival to Not to use the hot tub because of silt builup
The property accommodated six adults and six kids with room to spare. The beds were comfortable. Having two kitchens helped us prepare the Thanksgiving meal. The property is close to restaurants and entertainment. Beaver Bend National Park is close by...great fishing. Traffic is heavy to and from Broken Bow. The only good grocery store, Pruett's, is in Broken Bow. Don't waste time buying groceries at Walmart. They have no meat, no produce and little else in the way of groceries. Good time. Not fancy but clean and comfortable.
Overall the cabin is below average with respect to everything. I am putting few of them here for others awareness
1) If you are new to Hochatown and reaching there after sunset, it will be hard to find as there is no proper direction or pointers on the road. We called the evolve customer service and the lady on the other side was trying to help but she was just referring to the map which we are referring which was of no use.
2) Very limited supply of trash bags, dishwasher pods etc.
3) Out side fire pit was dirty and bad odor was coming out of it.
4) Now the worst part : we found bed bugs in the kids room
Only good part is the response from the maintenance team who arrived next day quick after we reported and tried to help us with extra air beds and solved the dishwasher issue and few lights which were not working.Beacuse of this quick support I am giving 2 rating

We had a fabulous time
Everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do, comfortable, and very relaxing!!! Will defiantly book there again!
We had two sides of family staying here, which was perfect because of the layout of the two cabins. they were able to run across and visit or stay out on the shared deck, but still had provacy when needed.
Owner was quick to reply and accommodating. The property was very spacious and fit our family of 16. It was fun seeing my kids and their cousins running around and having fun.
Every year we come to the park and camp out at the lake, but this year has been alittle difficult because my mother n law got sick she 84 years old and cant do the things she usually could before. So this year we all decided to look on verbo to find something comfortable for her yet out doorsy for us. We love being out doors we loved the patio you have it was perfect we brought our own grill and had breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. We enjoyed a day at the lake loved that it was close by. Thank you so much we had a great time.

Overall Happy
We had a great time with the exception of the sewer smell from the neighbors place. This was really only in the morning because they have an airator for the septic and it seems it sprays during that time. The site is not a cabin. It is a small house with a trailer adjoined to it. It was nice and had all kitchen utensils for the renters. The hot tub was nice also.

Our Stay
Our hot tub wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed until Saturday. One cabin had mold on the blinds, one barn door kept falling off the track, the pull-out sofa bed was broken, and the outside door wouldn’t stay shut. The owner was very apologetic and is going to refund me $100. However, we probably won’t stay there again. In my opinion, that cabin shouldn’t have been rented until everything was fixed and clean. Thank you
We enjoyed our stay. Two connected rustic style cabins with a kitchen in each one. Connected by the deck and hot tub which we also enjoyed. Only downfall was the WiFi was very poor signal. All kitchen dishes and cookware we needed was available!
We needed a property with 10 beds.
This is a unique property with two separate units connected with common deck between them.
We’ll equipped with rustic ambiance. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay with the family definitely will be back.
A perfect weekend for our Murph on her 90th birthday
In celebration of our matriarch on her 90th birthday, the family spent the weekend at this comfy cabin. Actually, it was two separate cabins connected by a fabulous deck. Yes, the dwellings are mobile homes, but they’ve been refurbished with a rustic feel and they’re fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable time.
Conveniently located by restaurants and activities, but tucked in a wooded area. Our little boys were thrilled to see deer. The hot tub was a big hit, and a nice grill was there for our use. The kitchens were well equipped.
We will be back. This location is a comfortable and affordable place for families and friends to gather. Our party had nine adults and four children sleeping there plus some visitors.
Location was good. Close to shopping and restaurants. The really only complaint was the satellite TV system was very unreliable. Probably an easy fix for the owners.
