We provide a digital guidebook three days before check-in. It contains cabin information (address, directions, etc.), check-in/check-out process, and local recommendations for restaurants and attractions.


Our cabin is in the woods, and with that comes elements of nature (e.g., insects, spotty WIFI, power outages, etc.) While this is not unique to our cabin, we want to be transparent.

This is a semi-remote retreat in the woods which means there are spiders, spiderwebs outside, wildlife, and insects that you will interact with as they are part of the ecosystem so please be prepared. Our cabin is treated for pests quarterly. Refunds will not be given for encountering bugs. Bug spray and sunscreen are recommended.

We drain, clean, and refill the hot tub between each guest.

Both fireplaces are gas-powered and turned off from April to September. For safety reasons, the logs cannot be moved for any reason and the A/C cannot be on while the indoor fireplace is in use.

We do not provide firewood for the outdoor fire pit.

The cabin sits on almost a wooded acre of land with a pocketful of cabins in the neighborhood, lending to privacy without isolation.

Our cabin is now dog-friendly! We understand how important it is to bring your furry best friend(s) along on vacation with you, so we've made some changes to accommodate your four-legged family members.

We want to ensure that our rental remains clean and in the best possible condition for all of our guests, which is why we have a small fee to cover the additional cleaning and maintenance costs associated with dog(s). We have established the following pet policy: A non-refundable $150 pet fee for a maximum of two dogs per stay is required. To maintain a clean, comfortable space for all guests, pets are not allowed on the furniture, bedding, or any cabin linens. They must be crated if you leave them alone in the cabin.

By booking this property, the Guest acknowledges that the property contains a hot tub, BBQ, fire pit and fireplaces (hereinafter referred to as "Amenities"). The Guest agrees to use the Amenities at their own risk and accepts full responsibility for their safety, as well as the safety of any accompanying individuals. The Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Owner/Host of the property harmless for from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use and/or occupancy of the Vacation Rental and it’s Amenities, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, property damage, wrongful death, accidents, allergic reactions, illnesses or any other casualties or health problems, including viruses, which may arise during tenancy or as a result of said occupancy, loss of personal belongings or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by you and/or anyone you invite to use the Vacation Rental as your guest. While safety precautions have been undertaken by Owner/Host, the Guest shall hold Owner/Host harmless from all claims to person or property arising out of the use and occupancy of the premises.
