The cabin was really nice and spacious. A few things may have been overlooked, such as the broken chairs outside by fire pit and a drain that needed to be unclogged but nothing major that would be off putting. I’m sure it’s hard to get replacement chairs right away if there were guests before us. Beds and towels were clean. There were pots and silverware for use. Living room was big enough for 8 of us to sit comfortably. Being able to go outside and sit out there for breakfast was spectacular. Thankful for the grill and the hot tub as well. It was a great stay and my friends and I had a great time bonding together on this little retreat. Would definitely be open to booking again!

I would suggest that there should be some good pots and pans made available. Some of the pots and pans were completely worn out.
Let The Good Times Roll did not disappoint. The cabin was well stocked and all the amenities listed were available and more. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, etc. We celebrated a friends birthday for a weekend and loved the peace and quiet. The cabin had great beds and 2 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms which was super nice. The bathrooms and whole cabin are new and updated. Beautiful high ceiling and plenty of space to entertain. We spent a lot of time on the covered patio and using the fire pit. The hot tub was covered which was great when a night rain shower hit. We didn’t have cable during our stay but never really needed it since all the TVs had streaming access. The only real inconvenience is the location. Part of the seclusion and peace mean you have to wind back and forth thru many unmarked roads. At night you’re basically screwed.
We loved staying at Let the Good Times Roll. The property was attractive and great for children. However, the garbage disposal did not work and the bunk bed room looked dirty under the bunks and bed bugs were in that particular room. One of our boys had 4 bed bug bites. The roads were in terrible shape getting to the property.
Our family enjoyed our stay at your place. Loved its privacy and beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed playing the games there It was easy to get into the town. The roads weren’t good because the rain had washed pot holes in it. Hope it can be fixed. But not your fault.

Experience
Cabin clean and lots of room. The roads to cabin were terrible huge pot holes needed grated really bad. No firewood provide for outdoor fire place.
We stayed at “Let the Good Times Roll” in May 2020. It was the perfect size for our family (family of 3 plus 2 grandparents). The home is new, well appointed, and clean. The best perk was the backyard - it was very private, and had a grill, tv, hot tub, and playground! Also cannot say enough good things about the management company - any questions we had they were quick to respond, and even came out to the house to help us with a couple small issues we had. We would definitely stay here again!
Everything as advertised and pictured! Loved the remote setting of a backdrop of solid pines and privacy from other houses. Felt like a ski lodge in Colorado with very open living area/kitchen space...high ceilings and lots of windows with a view. Plenty of room for our 3 couples. Differentiated experience with shuffleboard table, king beds in each of the main bedrooms, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, outdoor gas grill gas grill AND Kelly...who was MOST responsive to all of our questions we had! In short, we will definitely be back!!!!
We had a GREAT time with our COVID family friends. It was roomy, clean and had everything we needed to entertain ourselves and our small children.
Only minor things: the outside TV never worked...we were told there was a cable box issue. We had to call and wait for clorine for the hot tub.
Note: property managers were very responsive.
Wonder cabin for our family. Bunk room is perfect for the little ones. Great location to walk around as well. All of the outdoor room at the cabin is the best! We enjoyed all of the patio games, the fireplace and hot tub on the porch.
