It was great for my husband, myself and 2 grandkids. The location was great, the size was perfect for the 4 of us, and we had everything we needed. The only real issue was trying to open the door, it was a challenge every time. We would definitely stay here again, maybe when it's cooler so we can enjoy the outdoor patio.

Nice cabin
The rooms were clean and large. The living area was a bit small for a gathering, but the cabin was comfortable. The kids loved fishing outside on the pond. There was amble parking for our cars.
We enjoyed our stay at Little Bear’s Pond cabin. The cabin is conveniently located to local attractions, food & shops. The cabin itself is really well equipped with everything you need. From shampoo to trash bags, they really had it all. Lots of linens, towels & blankets. Our boys loved fishing at the pond each day. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fireplace. We will certainly be back!

No way of getting in
Besides the mold on the primary bedroom ac vent and the lack of working air conditioning on the top floor, the cabin was nice and clean.
Upon checking in I never received the code to the lock box. After arriving and talking via the vrbo app with Jason O. I was asked to provide BANK STATEMENTS to prove I had paid for my stay. Even after sending him my documents via the app chat program I was told he could not help me.
Cabin was so nice and had everything we could possibly need! Will definitely stay here every time we visit Broken Bow!

Had a wonderful time. The cabin was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was clean, and in working order. This was one of the best cabins we have stayed in. The outside setup was amazing, from the gas patio fireplace, the hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and a few steps to the pond. We had zero complaints.
Our family of 6 very much enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location. Our first ever time to the area and we’d like to go back and stay here again.

Cozy and Peaceful
We were all very relaxed, the pond was great, the seating worked well, we watched spooky movies and had a grand time around the fire pit, teaching our Girl Scout how to start a fire, it was so relaxing. The beds felt amazing, knocked out instantly, ugh, cannot wait to visit again.
The cabin was cozy and comfortably for our bunch. Our request of using different laundry detergent for the linens and towels for our family with allergies to certain types of detergent was accommodated, which was very much appreciated.

Quiet retreat for eclipse viewing
Three of us stayed in this cabin. It was perfect for a trip to SE Oklahoma to enjoy the solar eclipse.
The property was fantastic! We brought six kids and three adults, and even though the house is modest in size, it felt plenty spacious for us. In particular the deck and hottub gave us plenty of room to spread out. The location puts guests right in the middle between most of the major attractions and conveniences of both Broken Bow and Hochatown. There's also easy access to the lake and great hiking.
My family of 5 stayed and it was perfect. We all felt like we had enough space and the outside area was great. You cannot fish right off the backyard because of the gasses in the pond, but the house next to us didn't have people so we used that spot to fish. We had a few small issues that the owner rectified right away. He was very kind and easy to reach. We would stay here again.
Nice place. Great if traveling with family and pets. Clean, well stocked, not secluded (bar at end of rode-played live music)but not busy. AC struggled a bit to keep up with the demand..but didn’t fail. Needed a couple more days to get a better feel for the area..saw a beautiful deer on the property and the hot tub was very nice and clean. Lots of parking.

Perfect cabin
Location was unbeatable. Very close to the state park, marina and great restaurants. Being able to walk to the Buffalo Grill was nice, especially when they had live music. Although there are other cabins nearby, they’ve done a great job with ensuring privacy and it was still so quiet, felt like we were all alone.
The pond in the back was a pretty feature, pretty sure we saw a beaver swimming around. Cabin had everything we could need and was decorated very nicely. Hot tub was fantastic, wish I was there sitting under the stars and watching the fireflies now! We’ll be back!
Property managers are non-responsive, photos are from years ago, couches are torn and worn, expired snacks left as treats, rusted pots, dull knives, broken gate latches, 3 windows unlocked of first floor upon arrival, non-working wet bar, rotten wood by hot tub, chewed up chairs, and the list goes on. I'm filing a BBB complaint against hosting company and letting my bank know it was completely false advertising for the price. There is an abundance of great cabins in Hochatown and this one scams to keep business coming.
Thank God Oklahoma is pretty and we only had to sleep here. Covers were incredible cheap too. The fact that it's a "Luxury Cabin" as they advertise is a joke.
We have stayed here twice and we love this little place. We did have and issue and we called the property manager and never received a call back. However we were able to fix the problem. We would definitely stay here again!
This was a perfect getaway for 4 sisters and one sister in law. The cabin was amazing and the beds were extremely comfortable. The restaurant at the entrance was great and so convenient. The weather kept us inside but that was just fine, we played a lot of games and laughed so much. A wonderful place!!!
We really enjoyed our get away at Little Bear! The location was great being on the south end of Hochatown and a short walk to Buffalo Grill. Looking forward to our next visit!!!
We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the cabin met and even exceeded our expectations.
The layout of the cabin was perfect and it was sufficiently stocked with kitchen items, towels and sundries.
The back deck was especially appreciated, and where we spent most of our time.
We hope to return next year!
