Highland Ridge | 4 Bedrooms, 3 King Suites, Private Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Highland Ridge brings everyone together while giving each couple room to retreat. This four-bedroom, 3.5-bath cabin accommodates up to 10 guests, with three king suites, a queen bedroom, and an air mattress for two additional guests.

From slow mornings overlooking the forest to evenings in the private hot tub, there’s plenty of room to relax and reconnect.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
• Primary king suite: King bed and private bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower.

• Second king suite: King bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

• Third king suite: King bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

• Fourth bedroom: Queen bed, with a half bathroom nearby in the hallway. Guests using this bedroom share shower access through one of the king suites.

The four beds sleep eight guests. An air mattress is available for two more guests; it is not a separate bedroom.

GATHER & UNWIND
The open kitchen, dining, and living areas make it easy to cook, share meals, and spend time together. The kitchen features a gas cooktop, stainless-steel appliances, and an island with additional seating.

Settle in by the living-room fireplace, enjoy a little friendly competition at the air hockey table, or gather around the game table for a relaxed evening indoors.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Step onto the spacious deck for peaceful forest views and covered outdoor seating. Enjoy dinner from the grill, relax beside the outdoor fireplace, or follow the deck walkway to the separate hot-tub cabana for a private soak.

Outdoor ping pong, horseshoes, and evenings around the fire pit round out your cabin escape. Bring your favorite people—and your best s’mores technique.

EXPLORE HOCHATOWN
Highland Ridge sits in the wooded Timber Creek Trails area of Hochatown. Spend your days exploring Broken Bow Lake, hiking in Beavers Bend State Park, or enjoying local dining and entertainment before returning to unwind among the trees.

A personal vehicle is the easiest way to explore the area. Take your time on the winding neighborhood roads and watch for wildlife, especially after dark.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests: eight in three king beds and one queen bed, plus two on an air mattress.

• All three full bathrooms are accessed through king suites. The queen bedroom has a nearby hallway half bath.

• Self check-in is available using the front-door smart lock. Your personal access code and arrival instructions will be sent before your stay.

• Mobile reception may vary. Download directions and save your arrival instructions before traveling.

• The cabin is in a wooded setting where insects and wildlife may be present. Keep exterior doors closed and outdoor trash securely covered.

• Follow the posted hot-tub and fire-pit instructions. Outdoor fires are subject to local conditions and restrictions.

• No smoking inside the cabin and no parties or events.
