This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom with hot tub cabin is the perfect modern/rustic style with stained pine walls and ceilings sure to help you feel comfortable. We are nestled into 1.3 acres allowing plenty of space for outdoor activities. We are proud to be able to host you and your beloved trained dogs (with fee). Please see below for details about your furry friends.

Driveway is a beautiful circular gravel driveway which allows parking for a few vehicles as well as easy pull through for towing a boat or ATVs.

While there are some really great restaurants in Hochatown, you may be temped to just stay in and make your own meals in our fully stocked and beautiful kitchen. Kitchen features white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gorgeous island. Kitchen has plenty of storage and includes everything you need to prepare your meals and beverages including a full set of cookware, a crockpot, a blender, toaster and a dual Keurig coffee maker (k cups and regular pot of coffee). We provide a starter kit of ground coffee.

The open concept floor plan has a comfortable living room with elevated ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking this beautiful property. Stunning rock fireplace (indoor and outdoor fireplaces are seasonal and operable from beginning of October to mid May). The sofa in living room is a pull out queen bed. Feel like staying in and relaxing for the night? We've got a smart TV in every room. Kitchen and living room open up directly into our gorgeous patio which overseas the Quachita Forest trees. The patio is a great place to Simply BE. May it be enjoying the hot tub, bbq, outdoor smart TV, outdoor fireplace (indoor and outdoor fireplaces are seasonal and operable from beginning of October to mid May), horseshoes, eating from the picnic table, play ground, game of bags, or a s'mores from the fire pit we've got you covered! The fire pit is furnished with comfortable Adirondack chairs to toast the perfect marshmallows for s'mores.

Simply BE. Cabin has two King suites and the 3rd bedroom has a custom designed queen over queen bunk bed. We were strategic in our design in hopes to serve many group styles. Each king suite has its own attached full bathroom. Bunkroom is designed to serve both children and adults. Closet in bunkroom is stocked with toys for children. We all know they tend to enjoy others more than their own. Bunkroom is directly attached to the full 3rd bathroom.

Please note: This property located in the new and highly desirable West Fork development and in order to get to the cabin traveling on a dirt road will be required. There are also brand new cabins being built in the area; so while unlikely, it may be plausible to hear some construction noise as a result.

There may be times wherein burn restrictions are put in place in efforts to protect our beautiful forest. When this happens, using the fire pit is strictly prohibited by local ordinance and out of our control.

This property is located in a forest. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, bears, deer, raccoons, feral cats, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, ticks, chiggers, roaches, etc. on the property. Per listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have "dangerous animals" on the property.
All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required, by Airbnb, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures.

We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property. Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same.
