The Panacea is in the Lost Creek Development in the heart of Hochatown. It is just minutes away from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, the Ouachita National Forest, and all Hochatown has to offer—without the worries of getting lost. This is a gorgeous 4500 sq. ft. cabin built by Kevin and Krissa Perry, owners of the Lost Creek development. With spacious gravel parking in the front and plenty of room for boat parking, this cabin literally offers everything one could want in a vacation property.
The Panacea is designed with four master bedrooms—each having a king-sized bed covered in luxurious bedding. Each master suite is equipped with a wall-mounted fifty-nine-inch flat screen smart T.V. as well as its own spacious En Suite bathroom. In the four En Suite bathrooms, guest will enjoy beautiful quartz counters with dual sinks. Three of the four baths include floor to ceiling glass showers with multiple shower heads, and an oversize shower tub combo is included in the fourth En suite bathroom. The Panacea also offers a full laundry room and provides detergents for guests to use during their stay.
With twenty-eight-foot-high ceilings, this very spacious, open concept design is a perfect setting for large gatherings of friends and family in the kitchen, living room, dining room, and bar areas. The Panacea with its large beams, all quartz countertops, reclaimed mixed species siding, white oak floors, handmade stair railings, and a seventy-inch flat screen smart T.V., equipped with Bluetooth compatible sound bar will make your stay one you will never want to end!
The kitchen is equipped with all stainless-steel Kitchen Aid appliances. Other state of the art extras includes a pull-out drawer microwave, ice maker in bar, bar refrigerator, and a full coffee bar with a small starter kit to get you through your first morning.
This already amazing layout just keeps getting bigger and better as you walk out through the expansive sliding glass doors that open onto the massive covered deck. The deck includes a stainless-steel built-in grill, large outdoor dining table, outdoor sectional, and a cozy intimate setup in front of fireplace. If that isn’t enough, the deck has two sixty-five-inch flat screen T.V.’s with Bluetooth compatible sound bars—great for game day fun or music by the fire.
Just off the main deck is the fire pit area with plenty of seating for everyone to gather and enjoy the woods and natural surroundings (free firewood supplied). This is equipped with a full-size horseshoe pit and a HochaLife corn hole game that can be used on the spacious deck or on the horse shoe pit. There are endless things to do without ever leaving your cabin. To top off your evening, take a nice long soak in our uncovered seven-person hot tub just off the main deck, and enjoy the view of the stars above.
