My daughter’s family joined us for a long weekend and this house was perfect. My grandsons are 5 and 3. They loved the playground and fishing dock! We definitely will stay here again.
All kids and adults fished and caught crappie, perch and black bass. We grilled steaks on the gas grill. The house is roomy and in a great location to go do things in Hochatown or Broken Bow. The house has cooking utensils to prepare what ever you need to cook. The washer and dryer worked great. We throughly enjoyed our stay!
loved the pool table and plenty of space. The towel and bedding need to be updated and made to smell fresh. Looked like some remodel was happening. Would stay again in hopes they complete the updates. Overall love the space and atmosphere.
This house was great. A little dated on the appliances, the ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge didn't work, but we worked around it. And the living room furniture probably needed to be replaced. But overall it was very good house. It had 3 king sized beds and 1 queen bed. Plenty of room for everyone. Would come back again if we ever needed that big of house.
Great house. Very roomy. The pool table and hot tub were a hit with the kids. If I had any criticism at all it would be that the house was right on the highway. I prefer more off the beaten path. We had some glitches with wi-fi and TV, but other than that everything was perfect.
Property nice. Internet suck did not work the whole week was there. The gas grille tried to cook steaks it was not hot enough do that it only barely got to 200 if that much. I had the gas up as high as it would go.

Bang for your buck
House is a nice size but a little outdated. Not a fan of how close it was to the highway. Pond was not stocked as claimed, sand volleyball not usable, and fire pit very small and awkwardly placed. Kitchen could use a little more stuff when it comes to cooking. Host did have fast response times.
The home is beautiful. We caught fish on the pond. There was a pool table to keep the guys entertained. There was a hot tub. We did not get in with it being so hot outside. It was nice to have the play ground area within view for children. We did not have ours with us this time but always look for children appropriate things when we go places for when/if we return. They have a gazebo and volley ball court on the property as well. AND THEY ARE NEXT DOOR TO A FUDGE SHOP!!!

Large house, good size for family. Pond and property not as expected.
This property sits right off of the main highway, so road noise at night was loud. There was a lot of room space for our family of 7 that stayed. We expected to be able to sit outside and enjoy beautiful view of the property however the 'stocked pond' was very small and not a pond that we could fish on (low water, no fish). We were disappointed as this was something we were really looking forward to doing for a large portion of our stay. We did enjoy the pool table for a lot of the stay. We spent most of our time at the near by lake which was a pretty short drive. I did alert management to the unclean state of the property when we arrived. We had to clean a good bit before we could enjoy. The couch was broken which made relaxing and watching TV unpleasant, the Ad states there is a washer/dryer and there was not one on the property. Management responded very quickly to our issues and did what they could to 'right' it. We appreciate any company willing to respond and take steps to correct issues. -- thank you!

Listing may be deceiving
We wouldn't go back for the following reasons:
1) too close to highway
2) broken house items inside and out
3) we booked for the stocked ponds that are nearly obsolete
4) staff at the office/shop were not interested in us being there and seemed bothered we asked local questioned and purchased items
The pictures don’t do this place justice, a lot of fun was had by everyone there from the babies to the adults, this is not a negative thing just wished it was stated, I have stayed at other places and they normally have some condiments, sugar, salt, ketchup etc this place doesnt have anything so plan accordingly

Review
The property was very beautiful and a great place for pets with trails to walk for them and fishing ponds-all of the lights on the property lighting up at night was also very pretty. The pool table was a great addition since we only had one working TV.
We did not realize it was so close to the highway from the online photos-there was also no Wi-Fi which was an issue as I HAVE to have Wi-Fi for my job anytime I travel and the listing said it was available however, it required a password and there was not one left or told to us-there was no washer and dryer which was also an issue as we packed very light because the listing said it had one and we ended up having to go to Wal-Mart in Broken Bow to get things to wear-there were 3 TV's but only one of the three worked.
