Welcome to "Smokey Mountain Retreat by Cabin Collective BB"- a Modern and Spacious 1-story cabin (wheelchair accessible) in Broken Bow just minutes away from popular attractions in Hochatown, but tucked away in a quiet part of town.

Our Cabin sleeps up to 11 guests, is pet friendly, and is the perfect gathering place for 1-2 families, or guys/girls trips.

With its dual wheelchair ramps and over 2200 square feet of deck space, this cabin is perfect for groups needing handicap accessibility while providing the ultimate indoor/outdoor experience. The corner lot and circle drive makes it the perfect property for guest hauling boats and or ATV's.

We personally manage this property and love making our guests feel special and taken care of!

Upon entering, you'll be captivated by the beautiful vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that seamlessly blend the indoor and outdoor worlds. The large living room and well-appointed kitchen are ideal for entertaining, and the main cabin offers two king suites, each with their own private deck access and no stairs to navigate.

🏡 Detached Bunk House:

Just a short stroll across the patio, you'll find a 400-square-foot bunkhouse, the ultimate kids' hangout with four sets of twin XL adult-size bunks and two twin bunks, along with its private full bathroom with shower. A foosball and an extra futon bed can also be found in this room.

❤️PET POLICY, IF APPROVED:
We charge an extra fee of $50/night per pet. PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED ON ALL THE FURNITURE, VIOLATORS WILL BE PAYING A PENALTY.

Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (May 1- Sep 30).

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, and to make sure our no-parties policies are being adhered to. We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.

LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement is required for guests who book Smokey Mountain Retreat.
