"Great location - tram right outside and 5 mins walk from main station and Little Tokyo. I'm sensitive to noise but rooms were very soundproof. Staff all very helpful. Only issue was the window was locked and had to get a member of staff to staff to open it, not ideal during a heatwave! Also kept getting an error message on the air con and it would make a noise like a bath filling up."
