Very helpful staff but room was very cold every night no extra duvet or heating in the hotel wouldn’t stay there again as of the coldness very night we went back to sleep it was cold and we used the hairdryer/shower to try and heat the room up for us to keep warm especially as it being at the time -1 outside

Hotel in a great location, literally by dam square. Hotel is cosy and linen/towels all clean. Breakfast given it was included was decent and set you up for the day.
Rooms are a bit dated but for the price and the location, it was great.

Room set up well, very clean with enough room to store our clothes. Decent coffeemaker. Wonderful view of canal with small balcony to sit out. Staff were excellent! Very helpful in assisting with our luggage up and down the stairs and providing good info on restaurants and nearby activities. Enjoyed breakfast and happy hour! Good location for walking to places

This is not a true B&B. They have very limited facilities on site and do not keep their desk open for extended hours. It is a converted house, each floor is like a private suite.
There are limited amenities in the suite too. Bring your own soaps/shampoos and be sure to ask for extra towels!
It's in a very convenient location and is clean enough.

There was no one there for checking into the hotel. There was a notice on the door with a local phone number. WE DO NOT HAVE PHONE ACCESS in Europe.
