- This terrific custom timber frame house offers breath taking hardwood floors/trim throughout. 1st floor bathroom, large open kitchen with lots of natural light, dining area, full living room area with large sectional sofa and 72" TV. 2nd Floor Master bedroom, King bed, full bath, TV, and 1 twin pull out sofa. Bedroom 2-3 twin beds, TV's, shared full bath. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Additionally, 2 open areas; 1 Queen pull out and 1 twin pull out or used as sitting area for those who need to catch up on work or relax with a good book. Step back, step out and relax into our private peaceful outdoor oasis, fully fenced in back yard, hot tub, patio set and awning. Enjoy your time in Brockport at our cozy house!
