"I requested and paid for a room for 4 people, the room had a king suze bed and a 2 seater sofa that wiukdnt fit 2 people , very unconfortable . Had only 2 towels , which i complained to the frint desk and never git other towels , so i dropped off my daughter and grandson at fruends house so they coukd be mire comfortable. "

"For the price, this is a great deal for the area. It isn't high-end, but for that price, I would stay again. It is hidden behind a strip mall but that makes it feel more secure. Room was spotless with updated furnishings. Entire place was clean. They have coffee in room and in the lobby in the mornings. They have vending machines, but there are several decent restaurant and the best coffee shop I have ever been to just steps away. It is convenient to the 880 and a relatively short drive to locations in the south bay. Unfortunately, Bart is a mile away. I did not see a bus that comes by."

"Clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms and bathroom are nice. The building is getting a little older (ice machine wasn't working on our floor and certain other floors). The hotel is in a good location (nearby markets, restaurants and highways). "
