The room was very nice and spacious. Heated floors in the bathroom was a big plus! My room was quite and the bed is very comfortable.
Two negatives regarding this hotel. First, some of the staff seemed very snooty. Second, upon my check out, the attendant told me that I owed $300 "discretionary fee". When I told him that I was not informed of this when I checked in he told me that he would remove it. I am not sure if it was taken out of my incidental fee since it has not been credited to my card yet. This to me is very shady for the hotel to try to charge their guests.

Our stay was fine. It isn’t a luxury hotel and is ok for a quick basic stay. The bed is so hard and uncomfortable which isn’t ideal for a hotel stay although the cushions are great. The hotel seemed to be very busy when we stayed and getting through to the front desk before our stay and during was pretty impossible no one answered the phone and we kept getting cut off. In general it was ok I’d say more of a 3* hotel.

We stayed Friday to Monday and upgraded to sea view. Room was great with a nice comfy bed and shower was nice too. Clean towels every day even though we didn't ask for them. Tea and coffee making facilities were also nice.

We didn't use the Spa which I am sure is lovely, its an additional cost and we didn't have time. The lobby is also ok, its the rooms! The bed was comfy but the bath, shower attachment and shower curtain were from the 1970's as was the furniture in the room - minimal toiletries - 2 mini shampoo bottles! ...
