I contacted the front desk for housekeeping services, it took until 10pm for someone to arrive to clean the dirty toilet. I was offered a measly $50 credit off my room. The valet parking services puts $100 pending charge for each day of your stay. It takes approximately 7 days for them to make the adjustments and the funds to be returned to your account. Luggage storage service great as we rode the train from Biloxi. Spacious, quiet room with very comfortable bed. A few flights of stairs to navigate if on an upper floor. No fridge or microwave.
