The Space:
We invite you to stay in a brand new, 70m2, modern apartment in the center of Brno. Includes a reserved courtyard parking space. The apartment is located in the inner part of a residential building, so you’ll find it to be an oasis of peace and quiet. The bedroom contains a cozy and large double bed, additional guests can sleep on a folding sofa bed (140x200cm) in the living room. The apartment has a kitchenette, fully equipped with all common appliances. After a hard day, feel free to enjoy a perfectly relaxing experience in the apartment’s private sauna (capacity of 3 people). You can also find a modern SmartTV with Netflix and 180 local and international channels. The apartment is completely private and provides a quiet environment, with ideal conditions for a relaxing stay. Bedroom, living room and kitchen have to option to blackout the windows for a completely dark environment.

Guest Access:
Private parking is in the courtyard of the building. Thanks to a smart lock on the main door and also the apartment door you can check in any time you like.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located very close to the city center of Brno. The area contains numerous cafes, shisha lounges, restaurants and shops, which you can visit while exploring the historic part of the city, which has a unique and authentic atmosphere.

Getting Around:
The Moravske namesti public transportation stop is conveniently just a 2-minute walk away. Additionally, you'll find an array of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance in the city center.
