По приїзду на рецепшені нам сказали,що нашого бронювання немає,хоча воно в нас було оплачене. Після 30 хв біля стійки реєстрації в холі,який виглядав пристойно, нас дали ключі від кімнати і запитали чи знаємо ми що таке хостел(перед цим провели ніч в Кракові в шикарному хостелі за дві меншу ціну ніж цей). Зайти в кімнату було неможливо не те щоб там знаходитись. Про вході в ніс б‘є найрізкіший запах БРУДНИХ ШКАРПЕТОК який ми коли небудь чули. В туалеті приємніше пахло ніж в нашій «кімнаті».

The rooms were not very clean and cleaned rarely, and common showers were a bit difficult because they had spourts of cold water in between showering. The hostel is relatively far from the city centre but the connection is good, by tram number 2 right infront of hostel you need cca. 20 min

Poor organisation between the hotel and Expedia. They did not have my booking after arriving late at night but fortunately the hotel staff dealt with it quickly and professionally.

Po prijeti do ubytovani nam bylo sdeleno, ze zaplacena rezervace na hotel z teto stranky nedosla a tudiz nemeli volnou kapacitu a prisli jsme akorat o penize!!!
