A cozy studio apartment with a touch of retro style, in an extension with a private entrance, only 4 stops from the main train station in Brno – Štýřice (near the Old Town). Nearby are sports facilities (tennis courts, football field, Rondo Hall, etc.), as well as cafés and restaurants, plus Mendlovo Square, the Exhibition Grounds, and Kamenná Kolonie. In summer, guests can use a daytime seating area in the garden.
