"Absolutely Perfect Stay in Jacksonville!We absolutely loved this stylish, comfortable townhouse in a beautifully renovated old fire station. The two-bedroom, two-bath layout was perfect, with thoughtful design, exceptional cleanliness, and plenty of character. The rooftop patio was a favorite spot to relax, and the central location made it easy to walk around town and enjoy local restaurants.Everything was comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully done. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. Five stars all the way."

"What a lovely & wonderful property! Very centrally located, an easy walk to everything in Jacksonville. Beautiful grounds, great backyard with a nice gas fire pit, next door to the park. Comfortable bed, excellent furnishings, really appreciated the treats provided! Loved the "Bling" decor and lighting. HVAC worked great and was easy to control, nice water pressure in the shower. Communication was good, check-in and check-out were simple. The reason for a 4-star instead of 5-star is because I made this reservation months ago, and asked for the "complimentary concierge services" to help us book winery and restaurant reservations. I was told that service is no longer offered, yet the listing today still prominently describes this as a service provided in the very first line of the property description. That's not cool. Change the listing! We are very comfortable recommending this property to others, and we will very likely return in the future, but don't expect the promised concierge assistance."

"We had a wonderful stay at this 5 star cottage! It is located very close to the Britt and downtown Jacksonville. All very walkable. At the same time, it is set back from the street so you don’t hear noise at night. The cottage is decorated beautifully, is spacious, and has all the amenities you could need. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, although you could, but having a small refrigerator, sink, coffee maker with coffee, cream and sugar was great for our mornings there. The cottage is very comfortable with a sitting area, fireplace, AC and a big bed with luxurious linens and blankets. The only view is to a grassy yard area in the back which was nice. The bathroom is tight for two at the same time but nicely done. The materials used are modern and earthy. The whole cottage had recently been remodeled and it is gorgeous. Parking was right out front. Our host was wry nice and always quick to respond to my inquiries prior to coming to Jacksonville. I knew everything I needed to before arrival. I think you would enjoy the upgraded ambiance and amenities of this lovely cottage."

"Loved my little cottage! When I finally got into it everything was great. There are a few tweaks I would add—bigger coffee cups as the coffee maker over brews the ones provided….the creamers had gone bad (the non-flavored ones) and there are no spoons provided. It needs a bath mat or towel for the floor for after showering or bathing in the tub and a heavier duvet and extra throw blanket for the couch would be nice as the nights are a little chilly and if you are traveling solo it’s nice to have warmer blankets. But it is in a great location and a lot of great shops are around as well!! Enjoyed my little cottage immensely!"
