"Very friendly staff from check in to check out. Nothing fancy but it has everything you need, You can tell the property is old and they did some renovations. Good value for the price especially during the cruise season in Vancouver. It had some strong odor when we first walked into the hotel but it was okay after leaving the door and window open for a while. The room was very humid maybe because it was raining when we were in Vancouver. Not sure if that is normal but having the humidifier in the room helped."

"The reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I needed to check in early and they accommodated me with a smile. They pointed me toward the coffee center and delayed closing it so I could make my coffee. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The fact that the profits from the hotel help the community was a bonus. Try to visit the rooftop patio. I went at 9PM and it was wonderful to see BC Place and the downtown lit up. I am definitely a repeat customer"

"Excellent hotel! Pricey but worth every penny if cruising. We stayed on 19th floor with a view of Stanley Park. Incredible views! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was beautiful. Port terminal is directly below the e hotel. Part of the hotel convention complex. Bellman took luggage to ship for us. Excellent hotel, service and location."

"Overall the Parker Hotel was great, me and my girlfriend stayed here for our anniversary. Something i kinda noticed is that the rooms look a lot bigger than they are, staff was very helpful with directions around the city and everyone was super polite and professional. Parking was super easy as well and very accessible throughout our stay. The hotel is also located in a very easy and walkable area, which was nice. Really the only thing was just felt like the price you pay is a little expensive for what you get but it's also the summer so not the cheapest time to travel, but besides that everything was amazing."

"Good sized comfortable room. Clean. Beautiful gardens. Free courtesy airport shuttle with helpful drivers. Quiet rooms facing rear. Plenty of parking if you have a car. No restaurant on site. A couple nearby but not many eating options within walking distance."
