"Staff were helpful, and breakfast had a wide range of options. Convenient location off highway with an on-site pub and many places to grab a bite nearby made this a good value. (Road construction around the area can make accessing the lot a bit confusing)."
"Travel experienced, middle age couple traveling to the Ohio Renaissance Fair and needed a quick in between closer to the festival but not overpriced. About an hour to the festival the next morning and a good place to get ready. Booked a king room which is in the hotel unit (there are some motel rooms with outside entry). The hotel/motel is right beside a gas station and people on the parking lot were loud but we didn't hear them as much in the room plus we always run a sound app on our phones. The room was clean and what we needed for a short overnight. We got in late at 11:30pm and there's no one at the desk after midnight, so plan ahead.
No breakfast but appeared to have coffee, but I didn't have any. There was a microwave and mini fridge in our room which I didn't realize when booking.
It's not the $200 a night Marriott maybe but for less that $75 for a night it was clean and the bed was comfortable for a night. We're didn't need heat or air that night because it was in between seasons so I don't know if it worked well or made noise.
Water pressure was fine and tub was clean
Towels were small and thin but smelled of bleach and detergent so they felt clean. Maybe we got lucky with our room but, I would stay again for an overnight.
Note: our room was in the second floor and there is no elevator so you have to use the stairs."
"We had such a wonderful stay! We absolutely loved the charming barn house, and the horses were so gentle and friendly. Our 2-year-old son had an amazing time with the horses and dogs—he loved every minute of it! I also really enjoyed the breathtaking mountain views. It was such a peaceful and beautiful place to relax and spend quality family time. We would definitely love to come back!"
Hills of Lake White
The perfect camping spot with all the amenities of home.
10/10 Excellent
"The place is clean and homey. Hosts are super nice and helpful with anything that comes up. The hot tub and fire pit make it a better choice than a hotel in my opinion and the fresh air and view is the icing on the cake."
