Hatch, 6bd/3ba, 2 kit, perfect for groups, 500ft of S. Holston River Frontage

The Hatch and its location allows friends and families to seek out a variety of adventures. Walk out the front door with your waders on for a short walk to our river frontage, or strapped with a hiking day-pack for a walk on the beautiful, well-maintained river trails. Either way, you’re in for a terrific day. Let's not forget the Bristol Motor Speedway is only 15 miles away. The firepit outside provides a wonderful way to gather and share stories at the end of your day.

The Hatch is a spacious, comfortable, six-bedroom, 3500 sq. ft. lodge comprising three floors with two private entrances; the ground level entrance in front and the 2nd level private entrance at the back of the house; which can be reached by taking the beautiful stone walkway across a large 16' x 25' deck. It has two well-appointed kitchens, a large dinning area with seating for 24 guests, 2.5 baths, and a gas log fireplace. Complimentary items include coffee/filters for drip-coffee maker, propane grill, and 2 milk-crates of seasoned firewood/kindling, free hi-speed 100mb fiber Wifi along with Hulu+ to enjoy live tv and watch your favorite sports team. EV Car Charger 240Volt/40Amp available at office/gift shop.
