Had booked a cosy room, very compact. Iron had a crack in I, so when I went to use it, the water leaked all over my clothes. Staff great, but room a bit tired underneath the surface; if you’re a light sleeper be aware you can hear anything & everything from the neighbouring rooms

The room was nicely furnished (including with antiques, which is an unusual touch), coffee for the machine in the kitchen, clean. Location handy both for Whiteladies Road and the city centre. I emailed asking about parking on site but received no response whatsoever, which was disappointing.
