  • 2-family house "Carmen". In the hamlet Piano 3 km from the centre of Brissago Valtravaglia, 5 km from the centre of Luino, 23 km from the centre of Varese, 4.5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). E-charging station. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 300 m, pebble beach "Germignaga" 4.5 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 26 km, cycle lane 150 m. Hiking paths: Alpe San Michele. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.
    3-room semi-detached house 100 m2 on 3 levels. Practical and modern furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 1 open room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath. Gas heating (extra). Top floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and air conditioning. Balcony. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The open gallery with sloping ceilings overlooks the room with the the bunk bed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Very beautiful house

We had a lot of rain during the 5 days we stayes with our dog, but that was no problem because the ground level of the house is on the same level as the garden and has lots of space. So we stayed indoor, when the rain ended we could quickly go out. We also could leave open the door all the time, so it felt like outdoors even during the rain. The house itself (we only used ground floor + master bedroom) is very well equipped. Nice kitchen, balcony. The neighbor dog was good with our dog.

Superb quality in a very adequate house

The house is very clean and hygienic. Enough light. Everything functions very well (the fridge is noisy, but: very big ++). The beds are OK. Nothing bad about the bathrooms. Nice decorations. Enough space for keeping the luggage. Everything that could be needed, is present in the kitchen-part. My congratulations to the owners! Now a remark that we could not deduce from the pictures nor from the description of the house: the inner court is surrounded by other houses with windows. You don't have a noteworthy outlook from there, and you don't have privacy (but you can sit comfortably outside, children can play safely in the grass). Nothing wrong with all that (the owners and neighbors were very discrete), we didn't mind, but you should know that in advance. With the car you are at the lake within minutes. Five of the many highlights for us: Palazzo Borromeo on Isola Bella, rifugio Campiglio, Giardino Taranto, Casa Pigliaghi on Sacro Monte, Giardino Pubblico (at the lake) at Germignaga . Go there at least a week, you won't be disappointed -:)

Schöne Doppelhaushälfte mitten im Wohnge

Schöne sehr gut ausgestattete Doppelhaushälfte. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und wohnen direkt am angrenzenden Grundstück. Liegt innerhalb eines Wohngebietes angrenzend an ein kleines Gewerbegebiet in dritter Reihe zu einer großen Straße. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Man sollte wissen, dass die Nachbarn der Doppelhaushälfte das Grundstück kreuzen müssen um zu ihren Eingang zu gelangen und die Ladesäule für das Auto an der Garage der Besitzerin angebracht ist.

Fantastisch zeer goed !

Een fantastisch vakantiehuis ,zeer goed ingedeeld , alle benodigheden waren aanwezig , zeer net en modern uitgerust . Een aanrader voor wie Lago Maggiore streek wil opzoeken ! Eigenaars staan zeer goed ten dienste voor alles wat je wil ! Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars . Hond toegestaan ! Het is de 2 e keer dat we daar logeerde !

Empfehlenswert

Waren zum Arbeiten mit unseren Bikes bei Carmen & Luigi, sie waren super herzlichen und alles war einwandfrei. Das Internet hat zum Arbeiten sehr gut funktioniert, lediglich das Handy WLAN hat es immer mal wieder raus geschmissen. Die Lage ist auch top für viele Biketouren (Gravel) und auch der Fahrradweg nach Luino rein ist entspannt. Nur zu empfehlen wir kommen sicher wieder:)

wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz fantastisch. Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist bombastisch, es ist einfach alles, was man benötigt, vorhanden. Einzig das Wlan zickt ein wenig. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben uns schnell im ganzen Haus ausgebreitet. Das Etagenbett im 1. Stock ist eher was für Kinder. Die beiden Badezimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. deutsches TV ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist für italienische Verhältnisse gut ausgestattet. Luino am Lago ist in ca. 10min. zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5min. zu erreichen, z.B. im "U2" ist alles zu bekommen, Salumeria, Frischfisch, Frischfleisch, Brot etc. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Superb house

Very clean, everything functions, more than space enough.Well furnished kitchen: everything you could need. No privacy on the courtyard.
