"We stayed only one night and really enjoyed it. The reception staff were very helpful with advice and things to see. We arrived very early in the day and we able to leave our bags while we spent the day exploring the area, before checking in later in the day. The room was excellent. Warm, quiet, and ample in size. The bed was very cozy as well. The location of the hotel is perfect. About 100m from the train station and still an easy short walk to visit the local sites ! We had booked a breakfast for the following morning but as we had an early train we were going to miss it. No problem, the hotel made up breakfast boxes for us to take away. Oh, and have us a coffee before we left. An excellent place to stay in Brindisi!"

"Cleanliness and staff were absolutely spot on, however, due to the low season and the weather, we were not able to use the swimming pool and other facilities. Location was perfect for driving to Lecce, Matera and Alberobello."

"Great location! The hotel is a club on the weekend so we were able to party with the locals. Fun vibe! Music is loud and playing until 2am but they provide ear plugs for anyone trying to get some sleep. Breakfast was great too! You order à la carte and it’s good quality food. "

"When I was an emergency medical disembarkation from the MSC Armonia, I asked the awesome staff at MSC Cares for the cleanest hotel possible close to the ER in case I had to return. Hotel Bastione was quite rightly at the top of the list they sent me. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, and I used to clean hotel rooms. I am blown away by their incredible staff & not just the amazing cleaning. Everyone consistently went above & beyond to help me in an impossible time. Gracious, knowledgeable, fantastic advocates for Brindisi. They found cabs for me, ordered food, helped me with logistics, planned out routes for me. The breakfast was amazing with lots of healthy options, fresh fruit, and lean proteins (plus specialty baked goods). Incredible value at a central location with the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever seen and a staff that’s somehow even better, Hotel Bastione makes me want to come back to Brindisi and tell my friends to come too."
