"Customer service was excellent and good availability of car parking. Close proximity to the P&J arena. From the photos on the website I thought the rooms might be a bit outdated but on arrival it actually had a cosy and welcoming feel about it. Room was comfortable and heating was on when we arrived which was really appreciated as it was a cold evening. Room was clean and facilities were great. Bathroom was spotless and towels were white and fluffy. Plenty of tea and coffee and even some hot chocolate and biscuits. Great value for money and exceeded our expectations. Would be happy to return again."

"The room was very clean - the only one thing was the marks on the carpet under the mirror area which were very noticeable as soon as we entered the room. I was unsure of it was marked or burnt? The parking was very good and very reasonable priced considering what some hotels are charging now. Bed was very comfortable, adequate lighting, bathroom very clean and stocked with all toiletries. A quiet room. Although not used there is a very well stocked service area at reception providing a wide range of products Breakfast in the morning was very good with a good choice of items…….I never realised that poached eggs or omelette could be provided. Overall a very good hotel with excellent service"
