Cozy cottage near snowmobile trail & sandy beach!

  • Welcome to our cozy cabin in Brimley! This comfortable getaway is centrally located in the Eastern Upper Peninsula and the perfect spot for your weekend getaway. The snowmobile/ATV trail is just down the street and gas station is just around the corner! Within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Just a short drive to Mackinac Island, the Soo Locks, Tahquamenon Falls, and much more!
    This cabin is a short walk to the public beach access to Lake Superior. Enjoy the amazing sandy beach!

    There is direct access to the hundreds of miles of ATV/snowmobile trails throughout the U.P., and there is plenty of parking space for large trailers.

    The upstairs bedroom with the queen bed and 3 twin size beds, is a loft style room that is open to below.

    There is one Google Nest motion activated camera located on the front porch which has a view of the driveway.

This was an adorable little cottage. It was a great location in a quiet area. We were close to places we wanted to visit. We were there to rock hunt and hike mainly with our 2 adult kids and a 6 year old grandchild. It was perfect.

Cabin was beautiful and super clean. The extras were fantastic, everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The owner was very responsive and gave great suggestions for activities in the area, including Pictured Rocks Cruise. It was the highlight of our trip! If we get to come back to the UP, we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place

This is a wonderful place to stay. It was my wife’s 40th Birthday and I wanted to get her out of the city. S owe rented this cabin with my in laws and we had a blast. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. It has everything you need as far as dishes and a grill. Plus the cabin has plenty of towels and they supplied you coffee and popcorn. Great place to stay.

House was very nice, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Linens and towels were top notch not those cheap towels and sheets you find at a motel. Made us feel right at home for our mini vacation. We will stay there again in the future. Highly recommend.

What a great place to stay! We had a wedding to attend, and this served as our base. The cabin was nice and clean, spacious and had everything you might need! It is very quiet for sleeping and is in walking distance from the state park and lake access. The owners were very communicative and I would not hesitate to highly recommend this place!

Perfect for a Relaxing Stay

The cabin was perfect for our family of 6. There were plenty of sleeping options (beds listed, but also a futon, pull-out chair and a ottoman that converted to a cot) so our oldest who didn't want to be with the younger kids was able to sleep in the den. The outdoor area was well maintained and just a short walk to the beach access. The cabin had beach toys and plenty of towels. We loved our stay there!

Beautiful and cozy cabin!

This was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at! We absolutely loved the log cabin interior! The place was clean, cozy, and beautiful. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with about any pot, pan, or utensil you could ever need. We also liked how the host included shampoo and bath soap for the guests. They truly thought of everything. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This comfortable cabin does not disappoint.

This cabin is well appointed and in an excellent location. The furnishings are comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We really enjoyed walking to the beach to see the ships heading to and from Sault Ste Marie. We found enough restaurants nearby. We easily navigated to Sault Ste Marie and Mackinac Island.

Our recent stay at the “Up North” cottage was fantastic. We were visiting several friends who were camping at Brimley state park. This great cottage was less than a 5 minute drive to their camp site. The cottage was super clean, quiet and comfortable. The amenities were more than advertised and the decor really made you know your were in north country. Very hi-end vibe. The hosts were exceptional and very attentive. We are already thinking of a trip back next year.

All VBROs should be this nice

This was the perfect vacation home for our family of 5. So clean and had everything we needed for a home away from home. A lot of listings that I looked at in the area looked very outdated which made me envision a musty dank space, this did not give that feel at all. It was a very friendly neighborhood with walkable access to the lake. We didn’t go to Sault St. Marie until later in our trip, we probably should have done that first thing since they have bigger grocery stores there.

Beautiful home and location

My husband and I rent cabins in northern Michigan lots and we both agree that this is the most beautiful cabin (more than a cabin really) with such a lovely location. The host was wonderful with communication as well as all the provisions a person could need or want. We enjoyed everything about this place and definitely plan on staying again. Everything was super comfy, clean, and totally fun. Can't remember the last time we got to play Mario Kart on Nintendo 64 - so awesome!! Super enjoyed Joust, Rampage, and Gauntlet on the upstairs video game too. We relaxed very well and just took in the Bay. Thank you for renting out your beautiful home!
