"The room was cleaned every day, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is well-equipped with weights and cardio machines—enough for a full upper-body workout. There is also a spa with two saunas. The hotel's location is excellent: just a one-minute walk from the train station and three supermarkets. Breakfast was great; it was a standard English breakfast but with plenty of variety, including salads, cheeses, meats, local bread, cereal, sweet treats, and hot drinks."

"Location is great with gorgeous mountains. The hotel is a bit old inside, though, and the beds aren't very comfortable. some stuff were lovely to us, whilst others were unfortunately short-tempered and rude. "

"Great hotel. Wonderful restaurant. We came for riding Swiss trains; it was convenient walking distance to the Brig station. We would stay there again and recommend it."

"Didn't get to use the laundry, but the room was clean, staff was great, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby."

"The hotel itself was lovely, we got a room in the newer part of the hotel and it was very modern. The only issue we really had was that despite booking a family room with a balcony for us as a couple, we only received one pillow, single duvet and one towel in the room. By the time we realised we only had one single duvet and towel, there was nobody in the reception to resolve this so we had to make do with that overnight! The room was also incredibly warm with no aircon so we could only open the windows, which meant we could hear trains very early in the morning. The views were stunning though and would stay again, just making sure we had the correct amount of towels etc first at check-in! "
