The backyard is large with 105 feet of riverfront property, two private beaches and large lawn areas in both the front and back for games. The private dock is perfect setting for watching the sunrise, enjoying golden hour cocktails, or fishing/crabbing in the river. In addition to a floating dock there is a ramp for easy river access to swim, kayak or stand-up paddle board. A water carpet is also available in the storage shed, along with other toys to enjoy this unique property.
