Conveniently located, beautiful clean room

This is a great little pub. Quite a gem. We booked a room to break our journey to the west. Although constrained by the exiting size of our room, they had worked very hard to equip it with quality fittings to suit current times: excellent queen bed, large TV, fast Fi-Fi, excellent en-suite. We had a drink in the bar and later had dinner there too. The food was just great!

Staff very helpful especially when we arrived after midnight after our flight was delayed. Good cooked options for breakfast. Room spacious. Evening meals at restaurant were good value. All staff pleasant, helpful and very friendly.

Could have had a fan but we understand this weather was unusual

We were in Yeovil for a few days to visit the Fleet Air Arm Museum and Haynes Motor Museum. It had everything we needed for a self catering stay but was also close to shops and some restaurants. It was just like the photos and felt quite indulgent. I'd happily go back there.

Room was clean and tidy with the basics for the room. Lots of stairs and different levels. Not suitable for those with difficulty climbing steps as we saw no lifts .

Comfortable room, great location, easy parking. It was a little difficult to find but luckily a staff member was available.

The Superior Double room was very comfortable, fresh and clean. The vanity area outside the bathroom was super convenient as was the number of outlets for charging tech. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was a short walk away but there was a drop-off zone next to the entrance. Great for our one-night stopover.

This hotel is well located just a few minutes walk from town. Our room was very clean. We had a nice dinner and the breakfast was very good. All the staff were very friendly. The only very small issue was that some of the tables in the dining room have wide grooves in the top which still had the crumbs of past meals caught in them.
