"Kid friendly hotel. Not our best stay at a Hampton Inn and Suites because there was no shampoo in the room, the hot tub didn't work, pool time was limited due to slides for kids. Children jumping and running on the floor above our room. We told the front desk but it continued. Very disappointed"
