Conveniently located in beautiful Lakes Region near Sebago Lake and North Conway just minutes from Pleasant Mountain for hiking and an 8 minute ride to downtown Bridgton where there are restaurants and shops. There are also local canoe and kayak rental companies 5 minutes away. Fryeburg, Maine is conveniently located just 15 minutes away and North Conway is only 35 minutes for added shopping, hiking and White Mountain viewing. Enjoy the great out-of-doors in this quiet rustic getaway!

Though advertised as lakefront home, the lake was barely visible from the house, and it was very difficult to get down a steep and stony path to a tiny bit of waterfront.
