"Clean room, great view, nice breakfast. One of lifts ear putty of action took a while to get up and down, we were on 16th floor. Great location otherwise. "

"The right hand side lift was broken but they both shared the same call button and it was stuck on the RHS lift, meaning we couldn't get into our rooms properly without finding a staff member which was difficult considering it was 00:30. Additional i had no hot water for a shower. Not worth the price i paid and definitely not what i would epect to see from a 4 star hotel "
