"It smelled horrible, the staff refused to change our room, but gave us a spray bottle with chemicals in it to make it smell betterknowing we had newborn twins."

Couch was so worn out, could not sit on it comfortably. Mold on tile in bathroom. All amenities were shut down and not open."
